The Everyman Moves Tribes helps men of any age to gain confidence, build strength and move their bodies in nature with a community.

What is a Moves Tribe?

Discover movement skills for a stronger, healthier life. Connect with a tribe and embrace the great outdoors and the playground it offers. All abilities are welcome.

As you gather with a mini tribe over the 8-week course, you’ll learn how to reconnect back to your body. You will also reap the benefits of doing it outside, in nature with a supportive like-minded community of men. Before you know it, you’re part of a wider tribe that supports your well-being, goals and aspirations. It’s not just about moving – it’s about having fun and connecting.

After the session, we also invite you to sit around the fire with us and talk about all things men’s health, mental and physical.

Community and staying active are key to our health. That’s why we are bringing men together in nature, keeping it casual and relaxed to discover ourselves through movement.

Our goal? To help you understand how simple movements can keep you feeling good for longer.

We Currently run Everyman Moves projects in Cheshire West

We strongly believe that this ‘part-time’ approach makes it much more accessible, allowing you to fit in some ‘me time’ for yourself alongside your busy lives.
