Bushcraft and Brews is a project designed to promote men’s mental health and well-being while fostering a connection with nature. Created as a men’s mental health initiative, this project encourages men to seek support, engage in self-reflection, and embrace the healing power of the great outdoors.

What to expect?

Led by experienced and knowledgeable instructors, the program will introduce participants to basic bushcraft, such as fire building, shelter construction, and foraging for edible plants.

This initiative recognises the significance of “me” time and encourages men to prioritise their mental well-being. Bushcraft and Brews offer a sanctuary for participants to escape the pressures of daily life and immerse themselves in the tranquility of natural surroundings. Whether it’s carving wood, learning navigation skills, or simply enjoying the serene beauty of the wilderness, the project provides a space for men to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with themselves.

Bushcraft and Brews provide a supportive, and non-judgmental environment where men can come together, share experiences, and forge meaningful connections.

I don’t have any outdoor skills, can I still join in?

Yes Absolutely! You don’t have to be Bear Grylls to join in. This is not a traditional bushcraft event, the aim is to spend time in nature together and learn from nature and each other.
